Paris attacks: Death toll rises to 127; French president blames Islamic State

In an address to the nation, French President Francois Hollande said Saturday that the death toll from a series of horrific terror attacks in Paris had risen to 127, and he blamed the Islamic State group for the carnage. “It’s an act of war that’s been declared. ...
